Phase 1: Consulting
Based on the proposal or consultation, the initial outline provides a plan of how the application is to be organised, as well as identifies the type and scope of functionality.
Phase 2: Definition and planning
The primary specifications are created by addressing the most crucial elements of the requirement. After reviewing and approving the initial document, a strategic plans is prepared, outlining the scope of the project including task management, schedule and costs.
Phase 3: Implementation
Once the requirements and detailed technical specification have been defined, the development of the application commences. During the implementation of the project we like to maintain a strong line of communication with our clients, so in the event of any issues occuring, we can make appropriate adjustments before the final deployment.
Phase 4: Evaluation, and maintenance
Accurate evaluation and testing is undertaken by a skilled team, assuring the finished procuct exactly meets the client's criteria. If maintenance is required various packages can be drawn up as appropriate.
